The word roseate means rose color and can also describe a sunset or a person with a very optimistic disposition. All of these terms well describe the nature of the Roseate model. The merino wool loden from which it was made is the lightest in the entire collection. An ideal choice for protection against early autumn or spring cold. The whole thing is on a soft viscose lining in light pink. Mother of pearl buttons.

Cutting

The coat has very wide skirts which, when placed one on top of the other, are tightened with a belt at the waist. The lapels can be closed up to the neck or turned on both sides to obtain a slimmer V-neck. The coat will also look beautiful unbuttoned, loosely flowing in the wind during an autumn walk.

Wide raglan sleeves are adjustable with a strap at the wrists and finished with epaulettes at the top.

The fastening under the neck can protect against the wind or have a decorative function.

Mid-calf length for the Regular variant. The Short version reaches below the knee.

Fabric

Coat made of 100% Merino wool with the Woolmark certificate
The lining is made of 100% viscose

The fabric from which the coat was made is loden - a material whose history dates back several centuries. Originally from Austrian Tyrol, it is made of natural wool fibers, tightly twisted and felted. It is characterized by a velvet finish and very good air permeability - the skin wrapped in such a fabric will breathe. The compact structure ensures high resistance to cold and wind. It is not without reason that loden was used by mountaineers, and it is also often found in the folk costumes of the inhabitants of the Tyrolean mountains.
The Loden we use in the collection is produced by an Austrian family factory with a 130-year tradition. Delicate merino wool fibers were used for its production, which made the fabric even softer and refined.
Wool fibers were obtained ethically and safely for sheep - mulesing free.
